Importantly one item was true, but had been previously addressed with a verbal warning that I had to acknowledge I received. Given that: A. One item was true B. The state law and courts are incredibly pro-employer.

WFH is absolutely something that almost always needs a fair amount of set up. The same technology that makes wfh possible also imposes a lot of its own burdens.
